I would like to praise the good support service that your two service engineers Kelvin Chong and Derrick Low in solving my POS terminal problem. On Wednesday 28 August 2008, I logged a case with IBM. Kelvin Chong had come in and discovered it is software problem but he still try his best to solve my problem by coordinate with the 2nd level software support. I really appreciate his help. Derrick Low also helped through phone support. Both engineers had show good support service and I really appreciate it!
